Implement Meet & Greet practice at all times
Deal and handle guests complaint in a professional, helpful and friendly manner at all times and immediately advise Restaurant Management about it
Comply with the SOS, SOPs
Provide detailed information of the menu for both food and beverage (portion, ingredients, potential food allergens)
Offer menu recommendations and upsell additional products, when necessary
Initiate and train staff on up-selling of F&B items
Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
Be able to handle cash register/POS machine
Meets with colleagues for review and briefing on the menu updates and events
Monitor production and wastage, providing accurate reports and recommended controls.
Take a proactive role in encouraging teamwork, cooperation, harmony, productivity and a positive attitude within the working environment
Maximize revenues by upselling
Prepares breakage and wastage report
Be able to communicate with the kitchen staff regarding guest orders effectively and accurately
